The
Process Viewer
displays your public processes in blog entries, websites or any other online resource. To enable the access to your processes you need to grant public access to your process instances and paste the generated HTML source code from the
Process Viewer
in your website. Below you find an example:

In the Process properties you will find a new Button labeled
express Notes

Editor
You can annotate textual descriptions or websites to your process instance and link wiki entries or other resources to your process instance. The collaboration of express Notes is connected to the same
role model
as the process instances. To provide acceptable performance express Notes are implemented in a
disconnected
way (comparable to the process instances).
Be sure to explicitly save your notes!
